This year the site visit was to Severn Trent's Net Zero Hub at Strongford - the world's first net zero wastewater treatment plant. 

Delegates got a first-hand look at the treatments being deployed to transform wastewater treatment and actively monitor and reduce emissions, including:

• Site-wide process emissions monitoring
• Cover and Treat technology
• Advanced wastewater sensors for Digital Twin

The visit offered an opportunity to see how net-zero ambition is being turned into practical, scalable solutions - and why Strongford site is becoming a blue print for future wastewater operations.
